"Enter this industrial warehouse to find a welcoming, contemporary space. Huge porthole windows allow views into the distillery, where the award-winning spirits are created in three copper stills. There are groups doing tastings, and others sitting around the high tables sipping on cocktails. It’s all very jovial. There always seems to be a crowd, even when the doors open at 10.30 a.m. For a small distillery, Four Pillars makes an excellent range of gins.
