"A Viennese-style coffee shop opening inside the Adolphus Hotel in Downtown Dallas, it offers luxe, all-day service where each cup is presented on a wooden board alongside sparkling water and a chocolate sable; iced “eiskaffee” is made with espresso and creamy vanilla ice cream. Breakfast fare includes bagels, croissants, breakfast sandwiches, and quiche, while a grab-and-go selection of grain bowls, salads, and baguette sandwiches is available for afternoon and early-evening dining. The shop will also feature downtown’s first walk-up waffle window serving traditional Liège-style waffles topped with powdered sugar and fruit compote. It debuts on April 18 with free coffee all day and will be open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m." - Amy McCarthy
