"Opened on Monday, December 6, this Dallas-born pizza shop launched its first Houston outpost at 510 Gray Street in Midtown, marking the brand’s first location outside Dallas. It’s known for delivering ultra-creative, late-night pies — including pho- and elote-topped varieties — into the wee hours, staying open until 4 a.m. on weekends to serve partiers and late-night crowds. The menu pairs straightforward options like pepperoni, sausage, and veggie pesto with attention-grabbing specialty pies such as Nashville Hot Chicken & Pickles, The Rueben, Chicken Teriyaki, and the signature Pho Shizzle (topped with chicken, red bell peppers, caramelized onions, a hoisin-and-sriracha swirl, and basil and cilantro). The concept draws on the founder’s Vietnamese-restaurant roots and Houston connections (Khanh Nguyen attended Klein Forest High School and the University of Houston); the growing chain now numbers 17 stores. Also notable is a house dipping sauce that blends sriracha and ranch, dubbed "SriRANCHa." - Adele Chapin
