"Operating primarily as a food truck, Buffy’s Mexi-Casian Grill—run by partner Buffy Campeau—will be setting up shop inside Atomic Chicken to showcase its American- and Mexican-influenced dishes during the mobile restaurant’s winter off-season. Buffy’s is expected to run out of the Atomic location until food truck season starts again and possibly longer depending on how the addition is received; its dishes will be featured on the new video screens and will share the kitchen and POS with Atomic so diners can combine Buffy’s tacos and sliders with Atomic’s fried chicken offerings." - Brenna Houck
