Byblos Is Giving Its Metarie Road Location a New Menu | Eater New Orleans

"I saw the original Metairie Road location reinventing its menu to push toward general Mediterranean cuisine: the new lineup adds a kafta burger, paella, stuffed prawns, bacon-wrapped shrimp, grilled Gulf fish, and roasted chicken while removing slow-selling items like the eggplant crab cake and some wraps.
