"Owned by chef Laricia Chandler, a Hyde Park restaurateur known for meatless cheesesteaks and vegan Chicago‑style hot dogs, this meat-, dairy-, and egg-free comfort-food spot opened a second location in suburban Orland Park. The menu highlights include vegan Buffalo shrimp, an “Italian Not Beef” sandwich, and fried mock chicken with mild sauce; the Orland Park outpost added a pizza oven and offers pies such as a Cali BBQ chicken (vegan or dairy cheese, onions, barbecue sauce) and a London Supreme (Italian vegan sausage, vegan or dairy cheese, spinach, mushrooms, giardiniera).
