"Opening in the East Quarter of downtown Dallas with reservations required, this concept focuses on multi-course omakase rather than regular dining service: two private subterranean dining rooms (seating roughly a dozen guests each) will host 17-course omakase dinners with three seatings available Wednesdays through Sundays.
