"A chain devoted to chicken salad has found an audience in Houston. The Alabama-based Chicken Salad Chick is adding locations all over, with its third outpost opening next week in Vintage Park. The shop at 10300 Louetta Road will kick off grand opening festivities on Wednesday, April 17, including offering free chicken salad for a year to the first 150 guests in line.
