Kirkland Will Get a New Hearth Oven-Fueled Restaurant Focused on Local Fare In June | Eater Seattle

"Opening June 3 at the Heathman Hotel on Kirkland Avenue, I expect Hearth to be an American restaurant centered on an open-fire oven with a menu focused on local ingredients; highlights include Hama Hama oysters with charred strawberry vinegar and a weekend brunch featuring Puget Sound Dungeness crab omelets with bacon, tarragon onions, and hollandaise. I also noted there will be a daily happy hour (3pm–6pm and 9pm–close), and the new restaurant replaces Trellis, which closed in March." - Gabe Guarente
