"Opened late last week, I note this four-story, 150,000-square-foot food hall is the largest of the recent Florida food-hall wave, housing more than 25 local and regional eateries plus a rotating lineup of smaller vendor pop-ups. I observed a main hall with a central bar serving seasonal cocktails and a build-your-own Bloody Mary station, a dedicated craft beer bar focused on Florida brews, and a mezzanine with an open kitchen surrounded by lounge areas and an additional bar. The bright space features large interactive murals and sculptures, retro neon signs, a 220-car four-level parking garage, and dedicated takeout and pick-up spots. COVID-conscious design elements include touchless bathrooms, collapsible nanowalls to create open-air event space on the mezzanine level, two ground-floor garage doors, an enhanced air-filter AC system, outdoor seating for 200, and socially-distanced indoor seating; the market is now open at 33 SE Third Avenue daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m." - Olee Fowler
