"A Cajun-themed sports bar originating in Frisco, known for an extensive menu of po' boys, gumbo, oysters, jambalaya, crawfish etouffee, shrimp creole and other Cajun specialties. The Frisco location sits near Toyota Stadium and carries New Orleans-brewed Abita on draft and in bottles alongside roughly two dozen local and national beers, while the cocktail list highlights mules and tiki-style drinks. The concept is expanding to an Irving entertainment complex, where a new outpost will open across from the Alamo Drafthouse early next year and will also provide a spot for live music." - Alaena Hostetter
