"On December 4 I learned the dish-machine area at Citizens Kitchen & Bar (Mandalay Bay) was closed after inspectors found a multi-generational roach infestation behind the dishwashing machine in the prep area; they also noted multiple fruit flies, water on the floor, and food debris under the machine.
