"There are few better summertime combinations than a trip to the lake and a tray of barbecue. Fox Smokehouse Barbecue, located in Boulder City, is the best way to fulfill half of that dream. The barbecue spot serves ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and even smoked-meat-filled quesadillas. From Thursday through Sunday, the smokehouse also sells gigantic Flintstones-style smoked beef ribs (sold by the full rack for $22 per pound).
