"Quietly opened in Katy’s Asian Town, this shop brings the Harajuku-to–New York City crepe concept and its gluten-free rice flour crepes to the neighborhood, arriving with a loyal following from NYC. It’s operating on a limited menu as it ramps up to a formal grand opening, offering both sweet and savory fillings — examples include kimchi and pork belly as well as assorted fruits and Nutella. A notable specialty is the Brooklyn Crepe Dog, a crepe wrapped around a Japanese-style sausage with cucumber, carrots, crispy shallots, banana ketchup, and Kewpie mayonnaise. In addition to crepes, the counter features eight varieties of locally made gelato. Current limited hours are 11 a.m.–2 p.m. for lunch and 4 p.m.–8 p.m. for dinner." - Amy McCarthy
