"The Southeast Wisconsin area has a large collection of established pizzerias but none are as old as this one which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2021. This pizza was introduced sometime after World War II when relatives of Jim and Dominic Wells moved up from Chicago and brought a pizza recipe with them.
