"Set to debut in January next year at 6201 Minaret Road in Mammoth Lakes, Vulcania at the Village at Mammoth will be a new restaurant from Food Network–famous brothers Bryan and Michael Voltaggio inside a condominium hotel that already houses more than two dozen restaurants and shops. Details are sparse, but the brothers say it will serve “modern Italian American” food, including dishes like rigatoni arrabbiata with brown butter sauce and basil; it will be operated in partnership with Levy Restaurants.
