NoMad Pool menu revealed - Eater Vegas
"NoMad Pool, located at the Park MGM in Las Vegas, is set to open on April 8. The venue offers an all-day brunch menu featuring a variety of dishes such as fava bean hummus, avocado toast, and a breakfast burrito. Seafood options include salmon salad and a lobster roll. The menu also features fried chicken sandwiches and a dry-aged beef burger. The bar, directed by Leo Robitschek, offers cocktails like Ma Cherie’ and Berried Treasure. The pool, designed by Jacques Garcia with Moroccan Majorelle Garden inspiration, includes daybeds and cabanas. Jemaa, the NoMad Pool party, debuts on April 12." - Susan Stapleton
