"The third location of the popular Atlanta tapas bar and date-night spot is now open at Halcyon in southern Forsyth County; I noticed it overlooks the trailhead to the Big Creek Greenway next to Hobnob Neighborhood Tavern and features a dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows plus two covered patios, one with its own separate bar. The menu mirrors the original Buckhead location and includes tapas favorites like patatas bravas, empanadas, fondue de camarones, and fried plantains, a section dedicated to paella, and brunch items such as buttermilk fried chicken and waffles drizzled in Calabrese honey and huevos rancheros topped with charred pinto beans, fontina cheese, salsa roja, and a sunny-side egg. The bar serves cocktails, wine, beer, and pitchers of sangria and margaritas, and the spot continues to emphasize tapas, paella, sangria, and salsa dancing." - Beth McKibben
