"Tim’s Tavern didn’t need to massively upgrade its menu when it reopened in White Center in 2023; it had built enough of a following as a venue in Greenwood that music fans would have probably followed it down south. But instead, co-owner Mason Reed revamped the food, unveiling a sprawling menu of bar food plus adventurous items like a pear and arugula flatbread and a bacon jam grilled cheese.
