"A 5,000-square-foot Southern Highlands restaurant from veteran Las Vegas chef Ricardo Romo in partnership with Steven Kennedy of All In Hospitality; Romo — co-founder and executive chef of Roma Kitchen and Chef’s Roma Kitchen, which he and his team took over in Henderson in late 2022 — marks his third restaurant in the area with a 70-seat dining room and a patio lit with string lights and a fire pit.
