The Tropicana Debuts a New Asian Restaurant - Eater Vegas
"Red Lotus Asian Kitchen opens today at the Tropicana, offering Asian-inspired fare with a Western flare. Chef Steven Leung heads up the kitchen, which serves soups, rice and noodle dishes, and rice bowls from Thailand, Japan, Korea, China, and Vietnam. Menu highlights include pot stickers, egg rolls, scallion pancakes, soy-braised pork belly bao buns, Vietnamese beef pho, tonkotsu pork ramen, and wonton noodle soup. The restaurant is located next door to Robert Irvine’s Public House and operates from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily." - Susan Stapleton
