Valdemar Estates is a restaurant, tasting room, and winery. We serve tapas (small plates) that pair perfectly with the wines we make at our wineries in Walla Walla and in Rioja, Spain. We are open by reservation only from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. Make reservations at our website. We invite you to sit on our expansive balcony and take in an unrivaled view of the Blue Mountains. Our balcony features a reflecting pool and a wall waterfall, as well as misters that feel wonderful on those hot summer days. Spend a leisurely hour or two, tasting through our wines and our authentic Spanish tapas.

We focus on making elegant, balanced wines from our sustainably farmed Walla Walla Valley estate vineyards. Our Pepper Bridge and Seven Hills Vineyards are recognized as two of the best -- not only in the appellation -- but also in the state. Attention to detail and functionality were the driving forces behind the design and construction of Pepper Bridge Winery. The three-level, gravity-flow facility is built into a hill, set against the stunning backdrop of Pepper Bridge Vineyard. We are Certified Sustainable and vegan.

Open by appointment, Devium’s tasting room near the airport serves vibrant, minimalist wines crafted by talented winemaker Keith Johnson.

Sleight of Hand Cellars was founded in 2007 by Trey Busch and Jerry and Sandy Solomon. Our only goal from the outset has been to make world class wines while having the most fun that is legally possible. Our love of great wines from around the world, and our love of music, have inspired our vision and growth and have helped us reach a customer base that has the same passions as we do. Our tasting rooms are something everyone who loves wine and music should experience at least once (and hopefully often). We have over 2,000 albums from a wide range of musical genre, with turntables spinning vinyl in both of our tasting rooms as well in our new Wine Club Lounge at our Walla Walla property. Our love of ALL music inspires the wines we make (the production facility always has music--usually Seattle's KEXP radio station--playing) as well as our marketing approach to reach our customers (we have the best winery t-shirts in the business). And our wine club, The Wine Illusionist Society, gets to enjoy our collaboration with one of our favorite music labels, Sub Pop Records in Seattle, because with each shipment we send them the latest and greatest songs on Sub Pop via digital download!
