"In addition to its regular menu, this steakhouse inside the Silverton Casino Lodge will present an elegant three-course holiday menu priced at $75 per person that includes a baby beet salad with arugula, candied pecans, balsamic reduction, and torched goat cheese; sliced turkey, confit dark turkey meat, roasted garlic potato purée, cornbread stuffing, broccolini, turkey gravy and homemade cranberry jam; and a caramelized apple tart with candied pecans, vanilla spiced ice cream and caramel sauce.
