We are best known for our Traditional Gaspacho, Strawberry and Mango and Mangonada. The Traditional Gaspacho includes Mexican yam, mango and pineapple, freshly squeezed orange juice, our black chili and Mexican cheese. Gaspachos is family owned and inspired by the initiative to share healthier Mexican food options with our community. We opened our first brick and mortar, Gaspachos, in South Sacramento in 2019. The name is inspired by the authentic fruit cup known as a Gaspacho from Morelia, Michoacan. There, we've crafted raw, fruit cup recipes deeply rooted to our Mexican upbringing.Gaspachos 2.0 proudly carries on our vision with Mexican dishes that don’t leave you feeling heavy and some of our signature fruit cups. We look forward to celebrating this accomplishment with you all.
