"The popular K-town soondae outpost expanded to OC with a location inside H Mart in Irvine. Its grew locally, which led to another expansion to Irvine Plaza on Barranca Parkway. The beef short rib soup and the beef back rib soup with glass noodles are the more approachable bowls for first timers but diners-in-the-know come for the soondae, Korean pork blood sausage.
