Michelin-Starred Pastry Chef Launches Southwest Cafe - Eater Vegas
"Owner and two-star Michelin pastry chef Michael Gillet is expanding beyond his consulting and custom event work and opening a boutique, European-inspired cafe in the southwest. Mg Patisserie & Cafe will continue its wholesale business, but also offer more selections for guests who walk in through the front door. Currently scheduled to be open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., the cafe is announcing it will soon begin pouring coffee alongside its cravable breakfast pastries." - Bradley Martin
