"Literal barbecue hall-of-famer Adam Perry Lang is bringing his talents to Yountville with a new steakhouse called Perry Lang’s. It’s set to open by early October, according to a representative for the business. The location is a complex at the Groezinger Estate House, an historic 1870 winery that includes the Hotel Villagio.
