Cow Tipping Creamery Will Serve Cotton Candy-Covered Ice Cream | Eater Austin

"Bringing dreamy, photo-perfect soft-serve cones topped with multicolored cotton candy and glittery celestial-shaped sprinkles in a purple cone, Cow Tipping Creamery is offering a one-day collaboration with cotton candy company Fancy Fluff tonight, Friday, September 14, from 6 to 10 p.m. at its Sunset Valley sweets shop. The concoction is made with bubble gum soft serve and, while not on Cow Tipping’s permanent menu, could return like past limited items such as bubble waffle ice cream cones and doughnut cones; the shop is known for Instagram-bait creations including edible gold leaf and gold sprinkle-topped cones as well as Star Wars-themed cones and stackers. Co-owners Timothy and Corey Sorenson opened Cow Tipping as a food truck in 2012 and later turned it into a Sunset Valley brick-and-mortar with help from Dallas-based Cane Rosso, and they’ve just announced a new Dallas location in Carrollton opening sometime this month." - Nadia Chaudhury
