The menu will focus on seasonal ingredients and offer gluten-free, keto, and dairy-free options, with dishes expected to include beef tartare, roasted squash soup, a dry-aged steak burger, hanger steak, Korean-style glazed short rib, and Wagyu New York strip. Desserts mentioned include a Meyer lemon tart with toasted marshmallows and mint or an éclair with pastry cream, dark chocolate ganache, and Marcona almonds.
