"The Ramadan Suhoor Festival has been recast as Ramadan Village and this year, festival organizers are take the party to the Canteen at Midtown. This year, the event will feature 55 vendors and visitors can check out a marketplace area under a heated tent outside of the eatery or find respite from cold temperatures within the space.
