"Set in a suburban shopping center, this upscale-but-not-stuffy restaurant offers unpretentious modern comfort food and smokes its own meats on the premises. Standouts include a clam chowder of ideal consistency with plenty of chopped clams and potatoes; a tater tot poutine topped with pulled pork; house-made meatballs of beef, pork, and sausage; and a smoke platter featuring brisket and ribs (with in-house sausages). Other highlights are a rich baked mac and cheese made with ten cheeses and fried chicken, and grilled Atlantic swordfish. Cocktails are recommended as well, notably the Pineapple Queen combining vodka, passionfruit, spiced agave, and lime." - Dana Hatic
