"A Wicker Park pasta-focused spot introducing pizza fritta inspired by a trip to Italy and the owner’s childhood memories: a light, fluffy handheld made with fried pizza dough, burrata from Puglia, diced heirloom tomatoes, a drizzle of Sicilian olive oil, and basil. It will be offered at lunch and dinner starting Friday, July 25. Owner Dario Monni is credited with bringing the traditional Neapolitan street food to the menu." - Jeffy Mai
