"A Wicker Park pasta-focused spot introducing pizza fritta inspired by a trip to Italy and the owner’s childhood memories: a light, fluffy handheld made with fried pizza dough, burrata from Puglia, diced heirloom tomatoes, a drizzle of Sicilian olive oil, and basil.
