For decades the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has sent missionaries to the Pacific region, inspiring migration both ways, historical culture ties, and a mutual love of Pacific Islander cuisines. Pacific Seas serves island favorites including Hawaiian musubi, Samoan muli pipi (turkey tails boiled and fried), Tongan lu/luau (taro leaves served with lamb), and whole fried golden pompano.
