All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ Arriving in Mira Mesa | Eater San Diego

"This will be the first San Diego-area branch of Gen Korean BBQ, a chain with locations throughout California and outposts in Hawaii and Las Vegas. I note the all-you-can-eat restaurant will be sizable, slotting into a 6,525-square-foot space in the Mira Mesa shopping center that also houses Edwards Cinemas. Several of the chain’s restaurants deliver dishes to your table via robots that roll up on a conveyor belt, and the brand is known for an upscale atmosphere with leather seats and clubby music and lighting. The cook-it-yourself menu features items from marinated bone-in short rib to red wine pork belly, beef tongue, and spicy baby octopus; the all-you-can-eat option is $16.99 at lunch and $24.99 for dinner, with seatings limited to two hours.
