"Founded in 1969 in Buenos Aires, Freddo has grown to about 150 stores across eight countries and just opened its first California location on September 27 at 11916 Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, with a second LA-area spot slated for West Hollywood. The scoop shops offer about two dozen flavors; the signature dulce de leche (on the menu for more than 50 years) is also available with chocolate chunks or Oreo cookies.
