"Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea, a soon-to-open cafe in the Highland Park neighborhood, will give coffee-lovers the option of choosing beans from more than a dozen craft roasters from across the country. The cafe, which will open in early 2021, is billed as the first of its kind in Dallas, and will also offer a large selection of teas, kombucha and cold brew on tap, and coffee flights, alongside breakfast, lunch and small bites.
