"The property's gaming floor has been granted approval by the Nevada Gaming Control Board to operate at 100% capacity, which includes eliminating social-distancing requirements and plexiglass dividers at gaming tables and slot machines and allowing bars on the casino floor to run at full capacity. The approval pertains only to gaming areas; restaurants, pools and other non-gaming venues must continue to observe Clark County’s 80% occupancy and three-foot distancing rules. Masks remain required statewide, and countywide policy may expand once vaccination thresholds are met. Individual properties can seek waivers directly from the board." - Susan Stapleton
