"Arriving at Greenway Plaza on July 10, Fusion Eats — from the minds behind the beloved Heights eatery Fusion Taco — will occupy a 2,400-square-foot, LEED-certified space with seating for 78 indoors plus plenty of additional patio seating; the interior, designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, is meant to exude a laid-back, beachy vibe. The menu leans into its “fusion” theme with tacos such as tikka masala and lamb keema, tortillas stuffed with fried avocado, and weekday breakfast tacos available starting at 7 a.m., while frozen and shaken margaritas come spiked with flavors like coconut, grapefruit, mango, and watermelon. The restaurant will be open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends." - Amy McCarthy
