"While Uchiko has plenty of tasting menu options, this division of the Uchi army also serves up grilled dishes with an extra dash of Japan meets Texas. Absolutely get the fatty tuna, but don’t pass up the Rosewood center-cut sirloin, heart-roasted oysters or lobster, and the bone-in short rib with kimchi vinaigrette. The two-story restaurant is located at the Shops at Legacy Hall and, like all things Hai Hospitality, is designed with lots of wood features and modern light fixtures.
