That’s followed by a choice of mains. There’s the Mar y Tierra, a 10 oz. grilled ribeye with four grilled shrimp and poblano mashed potatoes; grilled salmon with guava habanero sauce, coconut rice, and mixed greens; a vegetarian chile en nogada made with Impossible meat, pomegranate seeds, white coconut rice, and sauteed vegetables.
