It includes a starter of whipped ricotta, the Saint Caesar, whole roast prime beef tenderloin in a Barolo wine reduction, turkey sausage and sourdough dressing, ivory sweet potato puree, five cheese mac and cheese, roasted wild mushrooms, and root vegetable gratin.
