The menu features dishes like twice-cooked pork belly over sweet potato puree with sunchokes, a trio of confit mushroom croquetas fried in panko breadcrumbs, and a Canary Island potato dish called 'wrinkly potatoes' served with mojo picon and mojo verde sauces.
