The drinks program emphasizes pre-Prohibition cocktails and unusual, clean spirits developed with Ryan Payne and Gabe Sanchez, alongside a luxury wine list and curated by-the-glass selections that highlight Champagne and French regions. Small plates are the focus—examples on the opening menu include pastrami-cured salmon bites, tuna tartare, and lobster fried rice—while themed nights, caviar bumps to pair with Champagne or cocktails, and a rotating schedule of vibey live local music help maintain a mellow, intimate atmosphere.
