"The first franchised location of Atlanta-based Scoville Hot Chicken, owned by Sonny Fowler, is now open at the Sandy Plains Plaza in Marietta. The Nashville hot chicken restaurant, founded by Justin Lim (Okiboru), first opened in Sandy Springs last December, followed by locations in Buckhead and Athens. Scoville Hot Chicken serves varying degrees of hot chicken on its menu, ranging from totally spiceless to the overwhelming heat of the Reaper topped with coleslaw, pickles, and Scoville sauce.
