Homemade breakfast is included and served on the enclosed front porch, on the back deck or fireside in a common room, which has a flat-screen TV, a VCR and a video library. Cookies and lemonade or coffee are provided in the afternoon. The backyard has a deck with umbrella-shaded tables. Kids age 13 and older may be permitted with prior notice.
