Three SoCal Restaurants Violated Labor Laws and Fined Over $1 Million | Eater LA
"The Baldwin Park location of the same restaurant group was ordered to pay $50,056 to two former employees for similar wage-and-hour violations, including unpaid wages and missed meal and rest periods. State findings showed employees were paid about $5 per hour and worked long shifts without required breaks, and the determination contributes to the larger enforcement action that also levied civil penalties." - Mona Holmes
