"Baltimore-based Phillips Seafood & Steak opened its new Logan Circle restaurant to the public last night, bringing wood-fired meats and family-recipe crab cakes to 1460 P Street NW. During its first week of service, Phillips will open for dinner only at 5 p.m. Hours start at 11:30 a.m. this weekend. In addition to a raw bar and seafood towers, the opening dinner menu calls for snow crab leg steamers, lobster bisque, and whole bronzini. Seafood also makes its way into steak toppers — customers can add butter-poached lobster for $15 — and a side of crab fried rice." - Tierney Plumb
