Limoncello starts Feed the Frontlines to bring meals to first responders | Eater Vegas

"Opened last November on Sahara Avenue near Cimmaron Road, this upscale Italian restaurant focuses on fresh seafood and pasta dishes alongside pizzas and antipasti; it was doing well until Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak ordered nonessential businesses to close. Owner Consarino has launched the 'Feed the Frontlines' project to raise funds to provide meals for more than 12,000 health-care professionals and first responders while keeping his staff employed, with a $250,000 goal. The program is not a nonprofit and donations are not tax-deductible; supporters can give through the restaurant's website and designate which organization receives the meals. The kitchen still offers curbside takeout nightly from 5 to 8 p.m., and Consarino says he needs about $2,000 to make the first donated delivery. Contributions convert directly into meals — a $20 donation buys one meal (covering food, wages, and delivery) and a $5,000 donation feeds 500 — and medical professionals can also request meals.
