"On Sullivan’s Island I learned that the Middle Street cafe earlier released a CBD-infused frosé and has now unleashed a frozen rosé sold in a portable "Frosé to go" pouch — marketed as “like an alcoholic CapriSun” and pitched as perfect for the beach, the cooler, the freezer, or opening right away. While the frozen format may let it skirt Charleston’s alcohol ban on the beach by fitting a loophole that treats frozen alcoholic beverages as food, there’s a real risk: once the pouch melts and turns liquid you could be looking at a very hefty fine." - Erin Perkins
