"Taking over a 2,687-square-foot standalone building that formerly housed a KFC at the intersection of Centennial Parkway and Commerce Street, this casual restaurant opens on Sunday, April 7. It occupies a much larger space than the two highly popular original outposts and expands the menu to include a new ramen lineup alongside selections from the 16 curry dishes offered at the Chinatown location; those curries can be upgraded with any of 20 different toppings. Launched in 2012 at Chinatown’s Seoul Plaza and later expanded to Spring Valley with an “Express” offshoot, the brand has publicly apologized for delays leading up to this opening. The building sits a short distance from Habaneros Taco Grill and the closed former home of Wimpy’s burgers; future opening hours have not yet been announced." - Bradley Martin
